Where are some good areas or bars to meet TS women in the DC area? I have heard Tyson's corner is good, but I'm looking for bars or casual scenes. I'm new to this whole thing, only been with two TS women (one I met at a bar in SF, one was an escort in Austin) and I really liked the experience. I prefer the bar scene though because I like to have some conversation and get to know someone.

There aren't any tranny bars, I'd start around Dupont circle and talk to the bartenders. The Street Trade has dried up, it used to be down near Louies Rouge strip bar. Don't expect too much, you're going to be going to a lot of gay bars.

There are 3 places.

Zeigfelds: Drag queen/male strip club, some tgirls
Town: 20-something club scene
Freddies: Near DC, gay/drag queen bar

None of them are very good, but for a hookup, Zeigfelds is probably your best bet.
