Ladies, dudes! I'm so proud of my weight loss over the course of my transition! I was 210 lbs when I was a dude, and I'm currently 145 lbs! I'm skinnier than all my guy friends, and most of my girl friends. I'm 6' tall, so I went from a BMI of 28.5 to 19.7.

I've been on estradiol/spiro 4/200 for 5-6 months, and I walk a lot and eat small meals. I wonder how much of weight loss is fat, and how much is muscle.

Six feet tall and 145! wow! you must look dynamite, Lexi! And whatever baby fat left probably already is and probably will even more spread at the right places, and evenly all over your body to create these soft, lovely, feminine lines! :D
Congratulations! and don't quit! you show so much faith in your inner sense of self! it's beautiful in itself! I'm sure you are already adorable, and I'm also sure the best is yet to come!
