I've got a bunch of video clips where my drunk ass was holding the camera wrong!
Now they're all horizontal and I don't know how to flip them. Is it possible? What video editing software should I be using?

Try iMovie for the MAC. I had a similar problem. It worked for me

Its possible, but the proportions of the actual footage was recorded in a way that no matter how you flip it, it wont look right. So many people give me footage, like this and there is pretty much nothing you can do with it. If you must, Adobe "Premiere, After Effects" or Final Cut can do the job.

Glad to hear you worked it out. Another solution is Quicktime Player 7, and you can correct the video using the Movie Properties tab...going to the Video Track Properties and selecting "Visual Settings". I've used this on Mac, but supposedly the same controls are available in the Windows version.

just get drunk every time you want to watch them and they'll look fine.
