I don't care how experienced a photoshop artist is using the liquify tool; it's ALWAYS obvious. There are much better ways of reshaping contour that don't guarantee warped features. I wouldn't say this artist's end result was impressive because just about anyone can clearly see the final image has been drastically manipulated.
