I heard about the breakup, and felt bad about it. Was really hoping it would last. Oh well.

A short while back she posted on her official FB page some comments to the effect of "I'm more woman than any of you bitches" or whatever. Very disconcerting language considering that a huge part of her base are natal born females. They were quite correct in hammering her on this. It all turned into a bit of a flame war, and I believe that thread has been removed.

Her defenders are deluded that those critical responses are based on envy or that Carmen deserves some sort of pass because she has overcome so many hurdles to become the person she is today. I'm sorry, but there are natal women from Harlem and Bed Sty who are attending Ivy League schools based on their own achievements, none of which involves lip-synching while half dressed or less.

This pr mess, and her tiresome campaign to become the first trans VS model has me a bit off on her right now.
