So, as I mentioned in another post (about the T-Party club night) I have been trying to find out more about the Joy! club night that was launched on Wednesday nights at Bar FM in Shepherds Bush (LDN) last September.
This night showed a lot of promise. It was organised largely, I think, by some of the Filipino girls who are regulars at Wayout and was styled similarly to Wayout: some musical acts, same DJ's, emphasis on dressing up, etc. But is it still going and did anyone here go? I'm guessing, based on the evidence, that it didn't last, but who knows?!?
It's still listed as weekly event on the Birchplace event listings but the Facebook page for the club only has photos for the opening night:

Which brings me to my next question: Anyone know anything about this singer (pics below) who performed at the opening night? I would love to check her out sometime but Googling Telisa doesn't get you very far. Any info much appreciated :)
