Silicone gel typically feels better than Saline... Although having felt mine and Danielle's implants they both feel really natural as saline. When the doctors overfill them to get a certain porn look is when they get hard and feel like implants. They may look good, but the feel isn't there when you overfill IMHO.

If you can get silicone gel, you may want to consider them. That was what my last set were and they did feel good. I also didn't want the worry about getting silicone poisoning years down the road if I never upsize again before then. Implants only last 10-20 years and the last thing anyone wants is 20 year old silicone poisoning their body. Again just MHO.
