Personally, and I don't mean this to slight anyone else, I think there are only two "major" players who actively get things done... Seanchai and Wendy Williams. I can't really think of anyone who (actively) promotes the industry as a whole more than Seanchai, and Wendy's name is attached to just about every accomplishment out there. I think they would be the only two 'movers and shakers' out there.

Being a new member to HA , I don't really know who the "players" are , who are important , etc.. I love BaileyJay stuff , I love the giggle as well as the looks and the smile. She seems to have a lot of fans that are novices like me? However , I've noticed she doesn't seem to gain as much praise from some of the "insiders" as girls like Wendy? I finally sat down and listened to a few of The Bailey Jay podcasts while driving down to LA, something I've been meaning to do for a while but just never found the time. You get the impression that she is wholly uninterested in the industry apart from her career in it... In fact, she basically says as much in episode 100 (I think).

Like it or not, this is largely an industry of quid pro quo. I think girls who put in the time to mingle with Fans and promote their fellow co-stars will see greater return recognition. By all accounts however, Bailey Jay is doing JUST FINE. Give her podcast a listen if you have the chance.

But most talked about? Well take a glance at this forum over the past year and certain key names recur. Jennifer paris for sure. Ms Domino. Joanne Jet. Wendy Williams.
