im a non drinker, smoker and drug free
i dont stay in sunlight
and i try to get some rest, i use to party when i was younger but as i got older i find myself just wanting
to relax at home

You're looking great at 40, Jessica. At 52, I don't really think of myself as all that old. In addition to eating right and exercising, I think a 3rd component is just feeling young. People who feel young and project that, look younger.

Hahah i know what you mean. Ive always had a rather slim athletic build so used to just eat whatever but being so close to 30 i have gotten a little more careful about what i eat and how much i drink these days but im a guy so i guess there alot less social pressure to be looking in great shape all the time.

running is great exercise, it takes 10 min each day to run a mile, and u r guaranteed to never be out of shape. i run a mile a day

Staying out of the sun, healthy diet (but still enjoying food), a calm and peaceful outlook on life and a calm heart, cutting back on stimulants like coffee, red bull etc. Pic attached is me, not bad for 51!

Well just because you'll look great in a dresS doesnt mean your ready to live as a women espicallly at 30. most ts start average 18 19 years old.
its not a easy life and being a women isnt just for compliments from, men
its crazy when you wanna beawomen just fro sex or men after the all that
you are the one who has to deal with society so make sure this what you want i been ts for 19 years now and it just my life piont blank
and theres no guarentee you find true love in this lifestyle. ive found most men are just looking for quick sex
and they are usually married or scared to be seen in public with a ts
i have never had real true love as a ts and thats fine with me
i love me and thats all that matters
