IMHO, the new boobs are too big for her frame and she certainly did not need them to look any sexier. I also want to say that I wish plastic surgeons could do a better job with scars. I really don't like to see the scars under the boobs.

I'm not a fan of the under the boob scar but these look pretty new so I expect it would fade, I'm surprised the editor didn't retouch these a bit more? This is also a pose where you would see the scars, if she was stood straight on you to, the boobs should cover them.
I'd expect if she's had a good surgeon they'll fade pretty well in time.

I understand Eva but I don't think a G cup is any more sexy or womanly than a DD cup and in many cases just seems out of proportion to the rest of the body.
