I'm at the low end of my weight right now between 220-225 lbs. Don't want to lose another ounce. What I would like to do now since I've leaned out is to slowly build back up to around 250 lbs being as strong as possible.

I'm looking for a good protein powder with some extra goodies in it but that still tastes OK so a few carbs are fine. Definitely not looking for any Weight Gainer massive calorie powders though.

I've been out of the loop for awhile on supplement brands focusing more on cardio/weight loss. Is Muscletech still considered the best brand or does Jarrow or another company have a comparable powder at a better price?

The best tasting ones I've ever tried are the ON Nutrition Regular, casein, & hydro builder powders.

Probably not the person you expected an answer from, but I use Sunwarrior powder sometimes to deal with the crazy amount I need to eat from all the yoga and contortion work I do. It's vegan, soy free (for you boys who are afraid soy will turn you into a lady ;) ), and a complete protein with branch chain amino acids that are supposed to quell hunger. And I think it tastes better than any of the other vegan protein powders, most of which are gross.

Good for you, Dino. That's a lot less than you've weighed in the past from what you've said. If it's going back on, make sure it's muscle.
