Across from the old Nowbar, formerly Crazy Nannys (the old lesbian bar), 21 7th Avenue South. It's now operating under the name "Luke and Leroy", its actually a nice spot (especially for a tranny bar) but opening a bar in NYC right now....not I.

there is a good lunch spot cross the street from there...great paninis and desert......but the service is horrible...think its called raefeallos.....im sure i butchered the name, lmao

I've been looking at spaces here in Brooklyn that have an asking rent of $9K a month. It's insane.
