well, if this Club girl is not a US girl, it may not matter, and the spelling is different...there is no space between "Eva" and "Angelina" as there is with real/first Eva Angelina.

If that is her real name then the female Eva Angelina could not sue. Secondly there are some pornstars with the same name. It's rare, but it happens. There is a female pornstar name Tiffany Star and there is a transsexual pornstar named Tiffany Star.
