I am curious if any of you chicks know what a post-op pussy is like YEARS later.. does it become moist and take on similar characteristics like a nature-made pussy?

Or will it always be bone dry and shallow?

I couldn't find any literature on this... the things I've read on internet usually discuss post-op recovery or people explaining their experiences with a post-op pussy for up to a year... I haven't read anything from a woman who had a post-op pussy for 20+ years.

vaginoplasty will vary by surgeon as well as the time it was done. contrasting a vagina made in 1993 with one today (and how it will look/feel/function in 2033) won't yield usable results.

I have never been in one older than 8 years but I have to say I was quite pleased

Depth varies depending on the type of vaginoplasty and how much material there was to work with; a well-endowed lady will have a deeper pussy than others as a rule. I have one close friend who had her GRS over 18 years ago, and her pussy is just fine. If I didn't know she had had the surgery, I never would've guessed by the evidence (and I have sampled it several times). My friend's pussy was initially a botched job by a poor surgeon, but within a year she had it redone by Dr Suporn with excellent results.
