I have to agree there are few things more fem than a lady producing her milk.
As with most things T/girl femininity related, to see a beautiful, sexy T/girl express her milk is both erotic and very fem. Nope, you're not wrong at all - that's exactly the way it's done (for GGs as well, if needed). The hormone we're talking about here is progesterone, though, not estrogen.
