We've all experienced it. There's nothing more I hate than piss poor customer service. Customer service can either influence a customer to become a loyal member or to cancel the membership.
In my opinion most porn sites have terrible customer service. Problems are not resolved in a timely manner. A representative who doesn't know what he or she is doing. Problems being ignored and denied.
I was a loyal Brazzers members from 2008 to 2012. My last year was terrible. I brought a one year membership. The site had numerous technical problems. I had lost access to my membership for six months. Customer service wasn't helpful. They didn't help me. They would not give me a partial refund for the six months I lost or extended my membership.
I have a question for the members in the industry. Do most sites test their files before officially releasing a new scene? Sometimes I questioned if companies test files before releasing them because there are so many avoidable errors that occur too often on sites. Scenes are released with no sound. The file is incomplete. The file freezes or crashes. The file was never edited because throughout the scene I can see and hear the damn director.
My list of the best customer service.
1. Grooby, they always respond in a timely manner and resolve problems.
2. TS Seduction, looking past my problems with Tomcat's ego. Their customer service has always done a fine job.
3. SMC, If there is a problem then it will be resolved.
4. Naughty America, the customer service isn't perfect. They do have staff members will help fix the problems.
Wost Customer Service
1. Any site own by Manwin. They all use the same customer service. These sites are Twitys, Brazzers, Reality Kings, etc.
2. Porn.com(yes this is a site). Their customer service is terrible. It took them over 4 months to fix ONE video file. I can understand it may take a while to fix a file. 4 months for one file is ridiculous.
3. 99.9999999% of all foreign TS sites. If something is broken then it won't get fixed.
4. Many Independent TS solo sites(sites not owned by Liberty, Joanna Jet, Grooby, and SMC). Their customer service is non-existed. I had to call the biller to contact customer service because either contact wasn't provided or customer service did not reply in a timely manner.
