The way I made mine is I used a program called TMPGEnc to cut out a peice of video and then I used that in a program called Jasc animation shop to make the .gif file.

You need a program to edit video and a program that makes animated gifs. There are many options. My thing was I want to make it look like a contiuous loop like she is dancing and shaking her stuff forever.

Maximus, you can make it a little bigger, it says you can have 80x80 and yours is 80x67. That way you can just zoom in a little bit more.
