Just saw a commercial for a product called NJOY. I've never been into smoking tobacco so this is more of a curiosity. How close is something like that to smoking a real cigarette? Flavor? Overall satisfaction?

I plan to quit next year, with a couple of things falling into place. I will definitely consider the `staged cessation' program. It apparently takes the adult long term smoker 4-7 serious attempts before success, this is not to say it cannot be done the first time. Electronic cigarette, I would give it a try, but I think I would still be craving the visceral reward of a regular ciggie.

I have no experience of the Njoy but.....
Those ecigs are honestly horrid, poor batteries, bad taste etc. I stopped smoking in February with the Halo tank system (ecig), the taste of the liquid that came with it was horrible, HOWEVER I did some searching and bought some Golden Virginia liquid that was fine, then I got into all modifications (the "hardware"). The ecig world is huge - you can spend up to £200 on just a battery holder (gold plated) that is variable voltage and will last you all day. So far I have not wanted an analogue cig since I started, saved a fortune and spent one. Just type ecig into google/youtube, you will be suprised!
