Enjoy the break Prospero -in fact this would be a good opportunity for you to catch up on some serious cinema, I recommend Satantango of course; for myself I shall be having an intellectual Christmas in the city of dreaming spires, having been tasked to produce a list of the perfect operas (I have so far managed 4); and in turn demanding my host complete my fiendish Christmas Quiz. I also bought the full 7 hours+ version of Tony Palmer's Wagner, probably guaranteed to drive me mad with rage, as I usually loathe Palmer's work. The alternative was Morocco, but not this year.

I doubt if I will be able to see Satantango where I'm going Stavros. Enjoy the great city of dreaming spires and your operatic adventures. But I really do think you will not much like that palmer film.
