I will use it for living + professional photo studio + organise parties from time to time.

2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets/2 bathrooms. A lot of space and very flexible.

Located 3 Min walking from Leytonstone station (Central Line).
No other tenants, suitable location, quiet place, very discreet, very easy to find.

I am independent PR/photographer for t-girls, so most of my work is related with T-girls.

I prefer "working" girl.

The price will be around 900/month for half of the house.
Including all bills + professional photo session + any other help needed regarding your work, adverts, editing photos, website ...

I think is a good price...Maybe some escorts need a place to live and London is not that cheap....900£ sounds a good price .Ive paid 1200£ month when i used to live there and that was till 2009.
