Maninlex, if you're in KY, you have the advantage of Wendy William's parties in Lexington. Keep up on this site, she advertises them, but they happen like once a month or so. Start going to those. Buy drinks, tip the ladies who perform, talk to people there. It will take more than a few trips, but in my humble opinion, it's a nicer way to go. You make more personal connections that way, build up a raport, and develop confidence going in. For KY, that's also the best way to meet someone locally there's not much going on otherwise.

If you're just looking for a quick once and done, your options are probably a bit more... limited. I know there is a girl out of Louisville all the time, a few more come to town around Derby Days. Lexington is kind of dead except for the Wendy Williams party times, and then it's not a lot of professionals. You'll see some ads, but your best bet is showing up, meeting people and getting to know them and seeing what happens.

Cincinnati has some backpage providers of dubious quality. Eros probably has a better selection (depending on what you are looking for) and more reputable providers. But it's even more limited, and you kind of have to watch out for the ladies on tour. Cincy used to be great for tours, not so much anymore. From KY, Columbus is too far, and not at all worth the effort. Indiana.
