Here's smokin' FDNY beat-down transsexual Claudia Charriez as only folks with $400-an-hour to burn have ever seen her before -- posing nude on her escort service website.
Charriez is getting cross examined today in a sizzling-hot Manhattan assault trial, in which she is accusing hunky hose-handler Taylor Murphy of beating, biting and choking her during a heated love spat at a Midtown hotel last year.
The posting, on the sex services site transgay.com, is still live online -- despite Charriez's insistence during direct examination yesterday that she has given up being an escort, and hadn't turned a trick since last Fall.

In it, she boasts of her 34D-22-34 measurements, and quotes a $400-an-hour in-call rate.
"The extreme dream TS fantasy!" the pre-op transexual's ad proclaims. "With the body of a goddess and a face of an angel, standing at 5'9" tall," she fibs. She'd testified yesterday to being 5'7".
"I offer role play and fantasy for those who like to indulge," her advertisement continues.

Defense lawyer Jason Berland is expected to grill Charriez hard on the continued advertisements -- taking a shot at her credibility as the DA's star witness in the assault case.
First, though, Charriez must finish her direct examination by assistant district attorney Kevin Rooney. The prosecutor is spending the morning going through some of the nearly 1,400 email, text and phone contacts Murphy made to his curvy ex in the months after his arrest, in alleged violation of a judge's order of protection.
The grilling was halted briefly at just after 11 a.m. when a woman in the young audience stood up, holding up copies of today's tranny-vs-firefighter stories in the Post and the News, along with a copy of the 2011 un-official FDNY calendar in which Murphy posed shirtless as "Mr. March."
"I love you Taylor!" the woman shrieked before being led out by court officers. The outbreak brought Charriez to gasping sobs on the witness stand, and Manhattan Supreme Court Justice A. Kirke Bartley ordered a recess, during which he said he planned to reprimand the shouting spectator.
Charriez had been in the middle of reading aloud from some of the offending communications.
"You freak-out mother f---er," read one of Murphy's more charming text-message missives. "You have a man," he complained in the text of a rival he referred to as another "tranny chaser." "And you played with my heart."

She allegedly cheats on him while she escorts (wtf?), he beats her up; they go to court. She starts escorting in the middle of the court case? I don't think that should have any bearing on the verdict as she's not being tried against acts of prostitution, but was that such an awesome idea? Kinda nasty character reference if it's a civil case, but beyond-a-reasonable-doubt would probably work in her favor.

Fuck any prick that beats up women under any circumstance. Even if she was running game on the guy, he should be found guilty for putting his hands on her if the assault can be proven.

Otherwise, the whole editorial and the comment section below it seem entirely homophobic. Not awesome.

Pretty much in the same vein as the "this man is about to die DOOMED" snuff cover from earlier in the week.

Why is it relevant that she's an escort? She got beaten up cant they just convict the asshole? I dont understand the american "justice" system and its idea that if your character is not 100% clean you probably deserved what happened to you and whoever wronged you gets a softer punishment if any
