Don't know anything about it, as I don't. But I use a beard trimmer on my face, and I imagine it can't possibly hurt the balls... You might want to try it...

hot wax works the best and leaves a nice mark

I'd be careful with the beard trimmer. The loose floppy skin of the scrotum might get in between the plastic teeth and you'd end up with holes in your ball sac.

I use a Philipps Body Groomer. It works quite well but you do have to be careful.

I have the philips bodygroom and it's great, it has this metal mesh on it so you can avoid cuts, plus you can use it in the shower. I think it was like 35 dollars
