I took a lot of great feedback from last years awards on how to make this years better so I hope you will see some changes.

This year the venue is MUCH better and we aim to get some more of a show going on. We've scrapped the disappointing awards from last year and went back to our original "killer" awards. This is the big event of the year for fans to meet their idols and for the girls who work in our industry to come together.

If you have any ideas on new categories (or existing ones), on the set-up, the judging or any areas of the awards which you'd like to see changed or improved - of if you have any new ideas for us, PLEASE post them this week.

PRE-NOMINATIONS WILL START NEXT WEEK.

The selected nominees will be announced at the end of Dec and judging/voting the first two weeks of January.

This is an all inclusive award and open to the whole transgender erotic industry.

I don't remember all of the categories. Please forgive me if my suggestions are already in the program. Some of my suggestions are influenced by my experience as a fan judge.

1. Best TS Top(giving) pornstar.

2. Consider removing the best DVD category. I am saying this because of my experience as a past judge. The DVDs have the same scenes as the websites. It somewhat has conflicting interest with the Best Website of The Year Award.

5. This year's best transformation. Who made the most noticeable changes in her development as a TS woman.

We had Best Independent site the year before but when we got to the nominations last year the lines weren't clear as to what was an indie site and what wasn't. Also why shouldn't an Independent site be as competitive as a site ran by a company (most of them are probably better_.
The same comes down to Best Indie Performer .... at what point is someone "Indie" ? I think most models are Indie and have worked for most companies. A handful of performers may have signed exclusivity contracts, should we separate them into a "Doh! Award" ?

Probably will be and I think they'll be as objective as any judge can be when picking a Best Model. Much of it is subjective.

I'd think the nominees are all pretty obvious - maybe Jizellle from tgirlcams and also Skylene from iFriends ought to also be on that list. The challenge is determining how do you judge the best?

Maybe once nominees are selected they submit a recorded session for judging? Or alternatively do a cam off -- have a set period of time where the girl who logs the most billable minutes? Have each nominee do a show for the judge panel?

If this is going to be a viable category -- that's the logistic to work out.
