they work at the time of pumping but upon release they shrink back ... the theory is that if you pump each day for say 25min and hold pressure over time it will stretch the tissues inside the penis to allow more blood into them , hence making the penis bigger ..

Squeezing away on the vid to get the pump working looked a bit sore? A remote control would be a better idea. Thinking about maybe not. What if there was interference and lots of tv or dvd players were around.
