Looking through just LA ads on Eros I've come across several obvious fakes lately, including one where they're using photos of Barbie Woods (vintage ones at that) claiming to be an escort named Brittney.
From what I can tell, whenever an escort ad claims "...don't be fooled by the fakes, my pictures are 100% real..." it's a pretty strong possibility that it's a fake.
