Not nessessarily so . Since there is no criminal conviction involved and lack of ownership documentation, possession would usually be the determinator of whom the property belongs to . Even if one partiy claims the other party got it thru unlawful means, he/she would have to show proof and if he/she claims the 2 parties bought it jointly, he/she would most likely lose the case by default because he/she claims to have been an accomplice to said crimes .

Alexis was living with the guy shown in the video, who was her so called "husband." He lived there and claimed 50% ownership of the contents of the apartment. Apparently, they had a falling out and while she was way, he moved the stuff out of the apartment.

Notice her response to seeing him there when she first starts filming. She is alarmed and says, "Oh God, oh God, oh God..." The police are obviously trying to mediate between the two and keep the peace. The police are telling him she just wants to get some things out of the house, etc. He is stating his position to the police -- that he owns half of everything and lives there too -- they are "husband" and "wife."

It's clear what happend here. The police are not there investigating a crime. This is nothing more than a civil, domestic dispute between Alexis and her "husband."

breast cost about 5-8k... its pretty affordable...
