Looking for a very old movie.

Ok, so I'm looking for this very old porn movie.
I assume it is from the 1980s. The basic plot seems to be that a beautiful girl becomes a model, only to be outed as a transexual.

The film looks to be very high budget (relatively speaking).

I saw the (edited) trailer on Youtube probably about six months ago, and now can't find it.

Considering there are some real veterans on here, I thought someone might be able to help.
