Personally, I don't think the OP was that bad of a question.

Laws differ but technically speaking, if the sex on your DL reads, 'M', it doesn't matter what club you're at or where you are (laws vary according to state)... if someone wants to cause trouble for you, they can.

You don't have to be perving out or tapping shoes to be arrested for using the restroom of another gender. It just takes that one phone call of the one person who has a problem and you can see your life go down in flames with an arrest record and either a misdemeanor or even felony conviction. While TS friendly clubs are nice, they still must operate according to the laws of the state where they reside, and most states have laws regarding usage of public restrooms.

Anyway, personally, I use the ladies when I can but I wouldn't go out of my way to use it if I was in an unfamiliar place. It just isn't worth the risk of ruining the rest of your life.

Yeah... that's all I was really saying. Seems like the OP was getting pounced on but I think it is a valid question. You've got to use some common sense and good judgement. I don't think there is any point in going out and purposefully using the opposite gender (flbw) restroom because you think the law is going to side with you... Most times, it won't... and shouldn't. A bit sad, but true.

An anecdote: I used to shoot a scene or two for my site at a rest area that I discovered got very little traffic at night... Don't ask me why but Members requested bathroom shoots on a regular basis (and still do). Anyway, one day I was right in the middle of a scene and 'Knock, knock... Police'. It seriously (and almost literally) scared the shit out of me. Anyway, long story short... Some guy had seen my high heels under the stall and had called. I had quite the discussion with the Officer, who was very nice about things and just said not to do it again. I was in the Men's that night but after I saw he wasn't actually going to do anything, we chatted a little while about this very subject and he said if I was in the Woman's he would have probably had to arrest, which probably would have been a felony sex offense record... which pretty much ruins your life. Needless to say, I don't shoot scenes in public restrooms anymore :)

True story:

Back in 2006 I was stealth in the NJ lesbian scene - other than a handful of my closest friends, my status wasn't public knowledge. There was a big labor day party at one of the clubs - the crowd was probably 85% women. My GG friend and I were drinking and we both really needed to go. The line snaked out of the ladies room (predictably) but there was barely anyone in the men's room.

We decided to go for it.

When we get in the men's room, she dared me to use a urinal. I agreed.

As I walk up to the urinal, this total Queen stares at me and goes "Honey, that ain't gonna work"

To which I quietly dropped my shorts fished my cock out of the tuck and proceeded to pee into the urinal. He was still sputtering in astonishment when I washed my hands and left.

Funny story :) I did the same thing at a gay / lesbian bar here in PDX not too long ago and had almost the exact same verbatim conversation except I didn't wash my hands when I left. So glad you have better hygiene than me :)

Because technically, even though I was in the men's restroom ooh'ing and ahh'ing as I was shooting a scene, there was no proof and my DL still says 'M'.

If I was in the women's restroom, it would actually be a crime just to be in it. And, if a woman using it had called the police out, an actual crime would have been committed.
