I got 2 emails directly from Franks that didn't work and then I tried Seanchai's link and that didn't work either. I guess my computer doesn't like Grooby because I had problems when they ran a special on Bob's a while back.

Try clearing your cookies for Frank's TGirl World - it's possible that you've got cookies from our regular price options.

In Firefox it is Tools > Options > Privacy > Remove Individual Cookies (search for 'frank')

Alternatively try a fresh browser with the link in this thread and that should do it too!

I tried Firefox and that worked, so I am now a member of Franks. I really think that there should be an easier way for those of us who are not computer geeks. It seems that most of the time I have a problem. Surprisingly, a week or so ago when there was a special on Yum, I did not have a problem but that being said, it would be helpful if you folks, Senachai, would not run all these specials so close together. I am currently a member of Yum, Franks and Evil Angle. I mean it summer time and I can't spend all my time on the computer.

We'll be doing something every week and maybe rotating some further down the line.
There is no way around the cache'ing issue unfortuantely.
