In Bella's dish, mostly zits, unless my Italian isn't up to snuff.

Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Just been looking it up.
Might have to have a bash at that...Even if it doesn't sound very appealing!

A pound of Ziti, 2 pounds of Ricotta cheese, a pound of Mozzarella, a thin layer of garlic paste, sausage tomato sauce, garlic tomato sauce, and sprinkles of Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan blended together in layers and baked at 400 for 30-40 minutes.

I didn't take a picture of it, but last night I made tempura fried orange chicken, crab-puffs, an asparagus mushroom stirfry, and a side of sticky rice. Oh, and some pot stickers, but I didn't make those from scratch. Now I just have a ton of leftovers.

I cooked a T-bone on the grill and had it with a baked potato and corn on the cob. I'm about to have leftover steak and eggs for breakfast.

That's a lot of red meat, hon. How's that digestive system working out for you these days?

(... says the girl who just posted a Ziti dish with 3 pounds of cheese. ;))

Yeah, that's probably something I should consider more often. At least I didn't eat it all in one sitting. Your ziti looks amazing, by the way.

Thanks. I'm just wondering when the other girls are going to post their dishes. I know that a lot of them cook as well.

... and like most threads here, this one is useless without pictures, so stop telling us what you ate and show us... even if you didn't make it yourself. ;)

You make that? Pretty fancy. I set the house(and me too) on fire when I make pork chops. I like my swine Luciferian spicy.
