There used to be a scene in nice, not much in monaco ..met a couple in cannes but mostly i d say nice is where you re most likely to find ts

Nice is a great place in every way. Monte Carlo is a disappointing hideously over-priced shithole. Stay in France.

You'll do best along the french coast. if you do find any in Monte carlo they'll break the bank as surely as a few hours in the casino They all want mink.

There also used to be street workers on the Avenue de la Californie in Nice, including ts -one of whom had a nearby apartment (with a very large if docile dog). But that is some years ago now, but may be worth exploring. The street workers (all ts) were not visible until around midnight on the Quai des Etats-Unis.
