The show doesn't broadcast in the UK. It's disgraceful, Carmen, but it just demonstrates that even guarantees are worthless when most TV is aimed at the credulous, dumb and prejudiced. Don't sleep with sharks.

Last year in the UK we had an excellent series called My Transsexual Summer in which a mix of MTF and FTM people of all ages shared a house for 8 weeks. It was handled sensitively throughout and was bot heart-warming and life-affirming.

It just shows the difference when a broadcaster - in this case Channel 4 - takes its social responsibilities seriously and treats its audience as adults.

Let's hope that one day all programmes featuring transsexual people will be like that, but I'm not holding my breath.

In the meantime, good luck with your campaign and I hope you succeed. Sadly, the people you are dealing with have no shame, no scruples, and no idea of what constitutes integrity.

Ive been on set of a big reality show on History Channel, and I will let u know everyone knows, its all scripted! They take many different takes! Just let u know! And they discuss everything with u before taping. They will cut and redo if they dont like how its going!
