He made headlines a while ago filming himself mutilating and killing kittens and posting it online.

He posted a video of this murder and dismemberment as well. Not sure if I should include the link here or not. Pretty disturbing stuff.

A friend works with Ottawa Police Service and was one of the first on the scene at Conservative Party of Canada HQ when the call came in about the foot being delivered there.

Despite what is being said publicly, there was a note with the foot indicating 6 packages were mailed out in total.

A second containing a hand was found at the post office addressed to Liberal Party of Canada HQ.

The Canadian government and police are investigating.

The site that it was posted to is apparently based in Edmonton, Alberta.

A friend of mine who is a private investigator and has actually dealt which this psycho in the past is helping police track him. He filed several security complaints because "too many people asking for his autograph".

The guy is sitting back reading everything written about him on news sites and is commenting on various message boards.

They believe he fled to France on May 25th.
