I don't get what a person chickens out from, if you mean paying for an escort then what if the person turns out to be completely different then expect. If he is performing for a film, maybe the person thinks it would affect them negatively and backs out instead of having a heavy regret for the rest of their life. I think the statment needs more clarification.

I've backed out in the past. Occasionally having made the appointment I've headed along & just not feeling comfortable with the whole thing, whether it be location or feeling like I'm possibly being messed around being made to wait. I have always messages them
to explain I'm backing out. I have also bottled it a couple of times after talking to the person on the phone & realising the fantasy I saw on the net was a guy with deep voice dressed as a woman, the last time I did this I did send the person £20 cash as an apology for wasting their time as they hadn't tried to claim anything different, it was just me.

I now take a lot more time over possible bookings & don't fall into the impulsive move. If I like the look, I do a bit of searching around, try to figure out if they are genuine & then wait a bit longer so I'm certain I do want to see them.

I suspect a higher % of non shows for TV/TS are from genuine 1st timers who bottle it at the last minute because of what they're about to do than with GG bookings

After an hour or 2 you get the provider on the phone & she flakes out for one reason or another . Does she owe you for the expenses that you have incured ?

I dont think that she olds anything because when guys do it to the girls, they dont pay them anything either after they have spend money on taxi, their time, make up, etc

Oh it gets better . The Flake tells me that if i am such a fan of hers to come see her in New Jersey when she gets back home . I just drove over 500 miles round trip, took 2 days off from work without pay, had to still pay for equipment use ( ,i was an independant contractor at the time ), had to pay to stay in a hotel, bought 2 tanks of gas, plus it was my birthday . Like i was even going to consider flying 1,000 miles each way to see her after this .

My general rules are these. I don't plan anything that far in advance, it's usually day of, and less than 100 miles (in Ohio, in LA it was less than 25). As a rule, I almost always go to her too. I don't pay for hotel rooms, unless its a hookup at a club and neither of us live close, or it's an all night / day engagement with someone I've already seen before. I've found these rules narrow down the problems.

As for payment when there is a backout on my end, I use the same logic I use in the courtroom, and much of the same contract law principles. If I show up and you don't match the ad, that's fraud. I don't owe a girl anything. If we have an arranged time and she doesn't answer the phone or door and I have to putz around in some strange neighborhood waiting for them to answer, I'm out of there. That's on them, I'm not paying anything, and I don't expect to be on a flake list. Parking, if I have to park far from their place, park somewhere that isn't safe, or have to circle a block 20 times waiting for a space to open, I shouldn't get put on a flake list or be made to pay for it. It's a business relationship, businesses have parking arrangements, if you know its hard to get parking in your neighborhood and guys flake because of it, the problem's on you, not the guy. I'd rather know in advance that parking is an issue and not make an appointment with that person than get hate for leaving when there's no chance in hell of getting a spot so I can see them.

If the problem is on me. Like if I get lost trying to find there place and show up late, then yeah, I'll usually pay the hour rate and be happy I get the half hour with them. If there's a work emergency or I'm sick, which usually doesn't happen since I normally do "day-of" then yeah, I think I owe them something for their trouble. If I do something stupid like mis-read the ad and end up trying to Top a lady who is also exclusively a top, then that's on me, I pay the money and hope for a BJ or something, but that's my fault, I owe them for their time and services.

If someone just chickens out because they're too nervous, that to me is breach of contract, pay the lady and go on your merry way.
