With the attacker dead, lying nude on the pavement, officers and paramedics were able to get to his victim and rush him to Jackson Memorial Hospital. Police sources say the man had virtually no face and was unrecognizable.

Hi I'm Chase...Chase Mcthirsty.

And I've read such novels as: World War Z, Monster Hunters Inc 1,2&3, Rot and Ruin, Infected 1&2, Dead of night, Patient Zero, Ex-hero's 1&2 and Day by day Armageddon 1&2.

So as a rule of thumb that hospital where the bite victim was admitted to is now infected and likely to be over run by zombies, so please avoided it at all cost. And if the "person" who committed the act wasn't properly put down properly (clear shot through the head. Then that precinct is now doomed as well.

Leave that major city now to avoid all major traffic only bring whats needed to survive. For every one else stay tuned for government cover up aka pending "terrorist attack" on hospital and police precinct.

The real creepy part about the whole story. Is if you think about it, doesn't every zombie movie start of with some odd story about an usual attack by some random or homeless person at some holiday event or populated area. This story is quite frankly too cliche. I am starting wonder if the Mayan End of the world thing started early.

Out of all the possibilites that could cause it, really bath salts. I mean they first thought it was cocaine, then some super lsd and now bath salts. I guess I will have to be careful when I go to bed bath and beyond from being attacked. Just like the movies, they always blame drugs for the unusual attack. Its always creepy when real life borrows from hollywood.
