I just spent some TV time researching, lots of people say they use the Showershot on occasion or every day, and a few say it's real dangerous. It seems like this must be close to what you pay a nurse 50-75 bucks for. But there is concern over mainly pressure and water temperature, and a little bit of concern over electrolytes, dehydration, stuff like that. Lots of people said they are fun.
