Pith actually does contain have a lot of nutrients because thats what stores the nutrients and transports it until the plant or fruit has become fully developed. I know this may also sound weird but the peel is also nutritional as well and can be cooked and eaten.

Token Williams-Black - that was an absurd rumour that circulated once. Stupid english singer Donovan might have been to blame for it with a song called Mellow Yellow in which he sang that "electrical bananas, gonna be the very next craze' and lots of people thought that meant try smoke a banana. It didn't work. Thee was a similiar rumour about catmint.

Weed in the 6os wasn't like it is today. If I take a good enough bong hit of my stuff I look for a belt to loosen on my arm afterward.
