They have a gig at Retford, a place I have never heard of. Dunstable, Kilmarnock...it must pay otherwise they wouldn't be doing this year after year.

No! It's a family (well adult family) show - very enjoyable but no "wardrobe malfunctions". Complete tour dates below.

It's an 'anglicised' version of the show performed at the Mambo Club in Bangkok, Thailand. It's a mimed song-and-dance show interspersed with comedy sketches and a novelty act worked in with a song 'performed' by one of the ladyboys.

They do not perform in London but perform in a custom circus tent complete with Thai food cooked by their Thai chef which is set-up for six week runs in major cities. Other venues are provincial theatres which fill the dates between the circus tent gigs. They perform up to three shows a day most days of the week.

The promoter decided that London didn't work for them and the LBOB really made their name at the Edinburgh fringe festival.

You can buy DVD's of their performances here:

and there are DVD's giving you a history of the show too.

In the interval you can get your photo taken with a couple of them for a small fee and you can get to hold them then ;-)
