And yet I require your constant validation. If you don't reinforce my identity and remind me that you 'see me as a woman,' I'll get butthurt."

Transsexuals are not women, they're transsexual. After so many years of being a chaser I found that the trannies that understand that are much less problematic and just mor fun to be around.

curious: i just finished reading a thread titled 'jamie markham' in which the individual going by that name was first referred to as "she" but by the end of the thread, it was acceptable to refer to "him".

this only happened because "jamie" quit doing transsexual porn and was now doing gay porn and i guess that was how "straight" men were able to acknowledge "jamie's" gender and make the necessary changes in grammar when referencing the gender.

Butt doesn't the validation itself make you "butthurt", or does it just depend on who's doing the validating?

IMO, REAL women, TS or not, don't use sex for validation. Sure, a man can make one 'feel like a woman,' but that doesn't mean she sees herself any differently in the absence of that.

lol. HA goes through phases like that, though. I'll agree it gets fucking old, but next week we'll probably have another "am I gay?", "keeping it on the down-low", or "men are all chasers" thread.

I'm guessing this has something to do with the thread I made asking why some girls don't see themselves as women. I don't need any kind of validation I was just curious about it, but go ahead and be obnoxious.

Actually, no it didn't. It had to do with a conversation with my best friend and how it applies here. I'm still going to be obnoxious now though, and apparently I have your permission.

Good to hear it. I only peeked briefly because i am NOT into anything like that - and certainly not a Cleveland Steamer like you offered last week!

By the way the new revamped idiot Birchplace site in the UK lists you as being in London at the moment. I don't think that's the case, is it?

I have to apologise to Wendy. The advert I half remembered seeing was not her at all but Brittany St Jordan (who is also not in the UK right now i think).

This is real talk, to a degree. I respect a person's right to identify as the gender with which they feel comfortable. Furthermore, I will fully address that person as such. However, tgirls who are comfortable being tgirls are a lot more fun and relaxing to be around. The few TS girls which I have "talked to" or dated had this mindset, and even would refer to themselves as "trannies".

A great deal of forum posts, blog posts, etc. will insist that ALL TS women want to be treated and referred to only as women in every single way. That is just as wrong as categorically saying that "Transsexuals are women" as the quoted post states. Both absolutes are wrong.

Sex is biological, gender is social, and therefore, people can fit into different positions on the gender scale. However, I do agree with the quoted sentiment that the TSs who are comfortable being TSs tend to be more pleasant (at least for me personally) to deal with.

I agree with pretty well all of that. But I think Bella's original (if slightly tongue in cheek) point, was that if transsexuals want to identify as women they shouldn't be dissed by the fools on this site for doing so.

Nope, that wasn't it either. The point is that if someone if secure in their identity, or in this case their are gender identity, then they shouldn't need constant validation.

You can find several examples in this thread:

(and ftr, Bella has said specifically she's not referring to any folks posting in that thread.)
