Dear Allanah, a transsexual friend of mine is undergoing some surgery on her behind (not that is was ugly but she wants to be perfect)
She is from south-america and there is were she is to get the surgery.
From her friends i have heard yesterday that her recovery from that surgery is taking much longer then anticipated.
Now i am worried. Are there real dangers to that kind of surgery?
Can she die from it? Normally how long does it take to recover from a surgery like that?
