I can't agree with that, and I am sure it depends on how she feels on that day and if she gets 'dressed up' -I have seen a few well known people either by chance, or because I lived in NW3 before I left London where a lot of actors live: they often look more 'worn' in harsh daylight than when they are made up: and Kelly looks fine! Some people age differently and faster, some actors retained their youthful good looks into their 60s: David Niven, Cary Grant, for example -compare them to Orson Welles over the same trajectory of time.

By the way in La Reine Margot (1994), Isabelle Adjani plays 19 yr old Catherine sister of the French King; but in real life Adjani was 40: but doesn't look a day older than she was when she played the woman in Walter Hill's The Driver in 1974!
