However, in a lot of "translesbian" porn, the performers look like they would rather be anywhere else. The girls seem more able to fain interest more often in TG/male porn. I know porn is 90%+ an act, so is it that much more difficult to fake interest when another t-girl is involved, or is it unprofessional to show too much interest?

With no disrespect intended to either Vanity or Kate Beckinsale, but the Beiber's feminenity quotent is almost as high as the first two. Put Beiber in a dress and heels with legs in the air, and I'd hit it.

This will vary between performing pairs.

Some performers are heterosexual, some homosexual and some bisexual.

Depending on the two performer's personal attractions are will color what performances require acting and what will be driven by natural attraction.

Part of the reason I'm glad I'm bi - I rarely have an issue with a scene partner ;).

i can only answer from my perspective .. i enjoy shooting with all genders ts/male/fem etc ... if i am personal friends with them off camera its even better ... me and jordan are extremely close real life friends and this was the first time on camera we have fucked anyway :)

But i guess it depends on the person and what floats their boat .. me i only really shoot stuff i atually would do in my own life .. hence i dont top men in scenes . though saying that i did my first topping man scene last month lol which was quite funny... but its not something i would do again in a hurry ..

I've seen so much over the years, particularly in Asian and older statside TV/TS vids and photos that you can easily intuit the "Are we done yet"? look and attitude that it's crystal clear they rather be doing something else. You would think that they would have the sense that their behavior and outcome of the shoot is going to affect their future prospects at getting work. I've also seen plenty of the Brazillian shoots and vids where it's obvious that they are immersed in something up and high above them such as a wall mounted TV with some vid they find arousing. I don't know how the producers deal with this as if it's just part of doing business in this market or do these non-performances end up disqualifying them from future employment as they're obviously not getting their money's worth and a waste of their crews time and resources. Theatrical production would never tolerate this. I've seen fashion shoots shut down midway through because it was obvious that the models were either disinterested or distracted to participate fuly. Perhaps budgets are so low that any content is better then no content and the customer base be damned.

I think that porn is one of the more difficult jobs out there. Especially if you are not into your partner. Perhaps it is because I'm attracted to T-girls, but I would have thought that the translesbian porn would be easier just because your partner is generally attractive. What I don't get is how the girls do it with some of the guys (for example Tom Moore). There wouldn't be enough Viagra in the world for me to have sex with Tom Moore. My hat is off to the performers (such as Vanity) who appears to give her scenes 110%. I'm more likely to buy a DVD with an actress whom I know generally gives it her all so to speak.

As you say some girls look like they would rather be anywhere else and look worried that the paycheck for their work is going to bounce. It is hard to blame them (seeing some of the skanky guys they are paired with at times), but if it were me and I was that uncomfortable, I'd find a new avenue of employment.

Although the OP's topic is TG/TG, I didn't mean to limit it to that genre alone, but to all types. Back when during the 90's, I wrote one of the operators of one of the early websites that I purchased my first and last subscription. Despite the claims of hardcore, the work so far appeard to be bored, stiff girls either posing in stages of undress or stroking. That wasn't what I was led to believe that I was paying for. Instead I was getting TS/TV playboy type sets of a lot of pix, but no action. The least they could do was use a toy or something. The reply that I got was that he had no control over what the girls would do or wouldn't do. Hard to believe after spending nearly a decade working for an A/V house that you're at the mercy of the talent or agency whether they would perform or not b/c they consider themselves so exclusive. It would be a year or so later reading an interview with Gia Darling on her web and video production venture how exhasperating it could be working with some of the girls and often considered it fortunate they just showed up. Maybe I'm still missing something here, but services are due if payment is rendered in most any other occupation and if they aren't, that's breach of duty or contract. Acting is a job. While chemistry enhances a performance, you're still due a performace with all the effort the talent can muster and you can coax to match your visualization of what you're trying to capture. Understandably we're also dealing with a psyco/biological process subject to other factors, but STR8 and gay has been managing to get it right, so should TG production.

I will speak from experience: While visiting Ft. the quality of an model's performance has to be heavily influenced by who they are with.

case in point...going way back to simone's early shoots with yum. I recall she did a shoot with a dude named tyler and a girl named mariah. In the scene with tyler, she was really into him...in the scene with mariah...she had a face of disgust most of the time. that to me said she was only doing a ggirl, or at least, that ggirl, for the paycheck.

i can tell you from my experiences, that when I have been with a girl, g or t, where I was not 100% into her, the sex was less fun...so imagine if there is little attraction of chemistry.
