Wow - you are correct, I looked it up.

I still don't know why you'd walk your son over to it (or even if you were in a library) but I don't think that they should allow porn to be viewed in the libraries.

I'm not saying Freddie's not leveling with us ( cough) but no library I know allows porn surfing. If they did....the NYC libraries would become like Times Square peep shows 20 years ago, although nothing surprises me anymore. Funny........ of all the kinds of filth this old dude could have been gazing at, the moment Freddie sat down, it was tranny porn. Strange coincidence? lol

I know we have filters down here. But there is away to get around it someway because some guy actually managed to watch some porn and the librarian ended up catching the guy.

Ever since I've owned smartphones (the first Verizon Droid in Oct. 2009, then the iPhone 4S in Oct. 2011), I've been watching tranny porn anywhere I go. I just have to make sure no one is sitting or standing behind me.

the kids have computers set up especially for them in many of the library's I know about.

they computers are filtered for the kids,ITS CALLED "KID ZONE"

but the computers for adults and others students over 18 need unfiltered web access. yes! most people look at porn on the INTERNET.

1st amendment rights protect you from a library installing filters on your web searches and results.


there was a court case were a student was looking up things about the anatomy and the results were filtered ,he sued and won!

and if you attempt to access "adult" sites too often I'm pretty sure they disable your log in username for a time.
