LA has some great ladies out there. First thing is to follow the advice given earlier. Check out the reviews you can find, and learn how to spot the ones that are plants by the lady (not all do this, but some do), and which ones are just people who want to trash the girl for personal reasons.

I have met quite a few wonderful women in LA. I think the key is that how you behave with them has a lot to do with how they treat you in return. If you spent less than a second with one of them, I'd probably say the problem is with you. They hate it when a guy flakes on them, just like any women, they take the time to get ready for you, turn down other potential callers, and really try to make a good showing. They typically don't do this because they really want to be doing it. For most, it's about the $$$. So to go through all that to have someone turn around after seeing them, it's not cool. Also, remember how small this community is, and the ladies talk to each other.

Personally, I always treat the experience as if I am trying to woo them, and the money is incidental. Just be a gentleman, and you'll be fine.

btw. Spent one second? Was this a backpage ad with a fake pic or something? If that's the case, the unwritten rule is just to kindly state you were expecting something else based on the picture, if accomodations can't be made, then leave. Just be nice about it. I'd love to know which 7 you saw, and which one was the "good" one just as a point of reference.
