its hormones on some girls .... not everyone can lactate but its due to the hormones over time with the development of the milk ducts int he nipple ... Progestrin as a 2ndary hormone is supposedly meant to make this much more possible for a Transsexual over time . and with the right massaging of the gland to induce lactation .

i cant lactate at present though i am on secondary hormones so who knows over time maybe ...I have had my nipples leak before though a few times but I havnt been able to force it to happen .
