i have been there 100s of times and i decided rather than pay them for it...i'll just steal all their recipes. i'm made all but 2 of them and the buffalo chicken one is my favorite.

anything is gourmet food if you put a fancy name on it, serve very small portions of it on fine plates and charge more than $40 for it.

i was at a fancy place the other day and the menu had an app for $35: rabbit ravioli in a butter sauce. I got it...it was two 2" ravioli in the middle of a 7" plate with a sprinkle of sauce overtop and it tasted like beefaroni. at least i didn't pay.
