Bit too much like English royalty with too much goin' on there and when reduced in size loses clarity. Top left in pink is cleaner imo.

I agree with Dino.

The bottom left is your best option. Your original is nice but it looks as though your main shield appears to be a sunken plant in the ground among weeds looking to grow... while the new one appears as though that tiny wild-flower has grown, matured and become something of a highly coveted/highly-respected entity. ...such as you have not only grown and matured personally but also as a savvy business-woman. Cheers!

I am on a cable connection with a quad core and solid state drive so size )in this case) does not matter, but not everyone has great connections so although I really like the bottem left one the upper left one would load faster and help more people see the site faster and therefore more prone to join. If a site loads to slow most will click away from it.

No matter which you choose you will do well and I wish you great success

(I do websites on the side lol)
