I saw her years ago when she lived near Soho. She was very young, very pretty with a slender little body excluding those bulging muscles. The only disappointment was her tiny cock which was very sleepy. She looked a lot better than she does now but then again muscle girls are not my thing.

wider stance squatting activates the glutes and maybe even some stiff leg deadlifts in there for sure for the hamstring work. That ass is nothing short of breathtaking - I am with Libby on that one. That is a lot of hard work and perseverance to be able to live in that kind of shape year round. I was out for 5 months because of surgery and now have to fight my way back to the top. My hat is off to Gloria she is quite a remarkable athlete.

yes squats,stiff leg deadlifts,jefferson squats,etc are great to build the glutes!

genetically i was lucky with my buttocks, but of course now it`s much bigger and they are hard like a stone!

just have to make something clear which sometimes people can make a little confusion!

thank you Kevin,i get asked all the time when is my next competition and people already think i`m an IFBB pro,i know i have built a very high standard physique and when i say i`ve never competed people are really shocked!

i will compete someday,bodybuilding is a beautiful sport because it`s ageless! you can be any age 40s-50s-60s and still become a champion!

No need to take things personal gloria, am sure these guys have all the dedication in the world. I am lucky that my line of work is very demanding physically and I play 7-a side 2 days a week so im as fit as anyone :wink:

it must be a very empowering feeling to hone and see your body change overtime ...i mean i know how i feel with my body changing just from male to female over the last few years with hormones but to be directly scuplting it must be rewarding indeed ..

I have got my new gym kit today to start using my little gym at my apartment complex though its not got freeweights etc .... but just starting on fat burning and toning .....

it will be finding the balance especially if you have hormones in there aswell. But no harm in wanting to improve your fitness in general.

I did not know hormones could actually help in specific areas of the body though :shock:

Good idea, Liberty. Bread, I've always found is overrated from a carbohydrate standpoint. It's a refined carb and isn't as complex as people think, even the whole wheat kind. But, you do need carbs and I find brown rice and oatmeal (not the flavoured kind) lead the way. They are part of my everyday nutrition along with various proteins (chicken, egg whites, lean fish, some beef) and small doses of good fats (flaxseed and certain oils).

I think Gloria will agree that nutrition serves just as much importance as the workouts themselves. Good fuel means a smooth running sportscar.

estrogen deals with fat distribution and testorone makes muscle ... so if your a TS on hormones you are in effect knocking out the testerone making you gain weight .. but then the body will work with the hormones to try and put the weight in areas where a genetic female would have ... tummy, face, bum, hips , thighs , arms ....

the balance i guess is controlling it .. i mean sure in my photos when i am standing or kneeling up i look slim etc .. but when i sit etc i have a squishy tummy lol not that i mind abit the layer of softness but i just dont want to end up all wobbly...

But each Girl is different in how hormones will affect our weight gain some dont gain hardly anything etc ... for me i just want to work on what i have and keep in shape also added in i am 34years old now not 24 so i am more likely to lose my natural tone anyway :)

I dont want a killer body etc i just want to have a nice inshape body with abit of meat if that makes sense .

yes i have herad brown rice is great ,. i am aware that to work out my glute muscles and make them bigger i will need to increase my intake of calories but the right calories so the muscle has fuel to grow .. i am sure gloria can step in here and correct me if have this wrong :)

Well, your body, to me is already killer, but you have to be satisfied with yourself. I can tell you, that based on what you said, you're not far off your goal. And your age? You'll be fine. I'm almost 47 (shh, don't tell anyone) and with my maintenance workouts but dedicated nutrtion, not to mention not blessed in the genetics department, I look above average for those my age, if I do say so myself. So, you'll be just fine, my dear.

even on our days off training,we still eat 8 times a day to mantain muscle mass,without the right diet ,muscle will go very fast!
training is one or two hours and the other 22-23 hrs of the day is where the hard work comes,it`s the diet!the body is screaming constantly for food when you are a bodybuilder!bodybuilding is with me since i open my eyes till i go to bed!even when we sleep,in the middle of the night,we eat and go back to bed!so bodybuilding is 24//7/365


you confuse bodybuilding with someone that just pop in into the gym for a workout just for pure ego(these people are called t-shirt muscles and a true bodybuilder is from the legs,not just the upper body) and just tryin to get big for other reasons!To build a symmetric,proportioned physique ,it takes a lot of plannning ahead,if you don`t have consistency in bodybuilding,you will not achieve any results so the longer i diet and train my muscles don`t look bigger but they look better,bodybuilding is art!

i know some people might see it as a sacrifice with the diet and the rigourous training but bodybuilding is not something that i do,it`s not a hobby..IT`S WHO I AM AND I`M VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT I WILL STAY COMMITTED TILL THE END!

Well said, Gloria. I particularly like your statement, 'a true bodybuilder is from the legs, not just the upper body'. I find it hilarious the guys that will come in and work the upper body and leave their stick legs behind because they feel legs don't matter. They couldn't be further wrong. The common question, "How much can you bench" always baffled me considering this is not a true test of body strength. You wanna know what a more accurate answer to my body strength would be? Ask me how much I can deadlift. To me this is a more accurate test of strength considering how many muscles are involved with the lift. And if you don't have leg strength, you ain't deadlifting as much as me no matter how strong your upper body is.

The eating? Ugh? When I was hardcore, I had piles of tupperware containers lining my fridge prepared ahead of time, usually on a Sunday. BBQ'ing chicken, making rice, etc. I don't miss those days.

you confuse bodybuilding with someone that just pop in into the gym for a workout just for pure ego(these people are called t-shirt muscles and a true bodybuilder is from the legs,not just the upper body) and just tryin to get big for other reasons!To build a symmetric,proportioned physique ,it takes a lot of plannning ahead,if you don`t have consistency in bodybuilding,you will not achieve any results so the longer i diet and train my muscles don`t look bigger but they look better,bodybuilding is art!

i know some people might see it as a sacrifice with the diet and the rigourous training but bodybuilding is not something that i do,it`s not a hobby..IT`S WHO I AM AND I`M VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT I WILL STAY COMMITTED TILL THE END!

we call them carpet baggers up here (they walk as if they are carrying carpets under their arms)

Well said, Gloria. I particularly like your statement, 'a true bodybuilder is from the legs, not just the upper body'. I find it hilarious the guys that will come in and work the upper body and leave their stick legs behind because they feel legs don't matter. They couldn't be further wrong. The common question, "How much can you bench" always baffled me considering this is not a true test of body strength. You wanna know what a more accurate answer to my body strength would be? Ask me how much I can deadlift. To me this is a more accurate test of strength considering how many muscles are involved with the lift. And if you don't have leg strength, you ain't deadlifting as much as me no matter how strong your upper body is.

The eating? Ugh? When I was hardcore, I had piles of tupperware containers lining my fridge prepared ahead of time, usually on a Sunday. BBQ'ing chicken, making rice, etc. I don't miss those days.

yes the bench press question is very annoying,ask me how much i can squat,deadlifts or leg press :)
my best leg press is 600kg,best deadlift 160kg and barbell squat(on smith machine) 190kg for 12 reps

but strenght is not my goal,i`m not a powerlifter!

You do not take female hormones and you work out with weights, but you have the shape of a top class female bodybuilder.

Many women are afraid to touch weights out of fear that it will masculinize their shapes. As a TS woman you lift and yet are completely feminine in shape, how do you do that?

I train myself, and I know what it takes. I see from posts that not all others may fully understand. It IS, more or less, a full time occupation, 7 days a week (with the very, very scarce occasional "cheat" meal, and even then not as "cheat" as others would eat, I know!).

You eat eight (small-ish) meals a day... Wow! I thought that my six a day was on the button... maybe not, after all - I may have to take a leaf out of your book, so to speak.

BTW, thanks for your prior posting re Jefferson Squats. I honestly never heard of them before, and I am glad I researched after your posting, I think these are better for me as they seem to do the same as Sumo Deadlifts but without F-ing Up my lower back so bad. I really appreciate that.

Great numbers. I love a strong muscular woman. And those are some strong legs based on your squat.

Many guys don't realize that by training the legs, the whole body receives benefit. But you're right, they don't do it because it's the hardest muscle group to train requiring the most fuel and effort. Personally, it's my least favourite muscle group to train but I still do it. I love wearing a pair of jeans that are loose around the waste but tight as fuck around the thighs. lol

Ive met her when she was in london as she tends to move about a lot, but my meet was via fabswingers and i did not pay she is very bossy and demanding in a bad way she insisted on what positions where done and had a slightly diva/god complex
