I'm very skeptical that a personal porn/escorting job takes that much care about legal niceties (esp. when just a single letter makes a difference). Everything I see is that the Vivid porn was titled "Backdoor to Chyna" (i.e., same as WWE name) -- like, see watermark in the first photo in this thread.

There's nothing to bar her from putting up a profile with the name she's accustomed to using. Then it's up to the WWE if they want to pursue legal remedy and get sucked into a connected-to-prostitution story in the media.
